School Rules and Guidelines

• Students must be at school by 8:40am for assembly. Latecomers will not be permitted to attend.
• No student shall be absent without prior permission except during unforeseen circumstances. A leave application must reach the office by 10:00am on the day of absence.
• Parents or guardians should address the Class Teacher for up to 3 days of leave; for longer periods, the Principal's approval is required.
• A Medical Certificate is required for sick leave.
• Students must attend at least 85% of school days; otherwise, promotion may be denied.
• All books must be neatly covered and labeled; the school handbook must be brought daily.
• Parents are expected to attend meetings convened by the Principal without fail.
• Parents must act promptly on any SMS communications from the school.
• Parents must collect progress reports from class teachers after Mid-Term Tests and Terminal Exams.
• Parents may meet teachers only between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
• Parents must present a school-issued ID to take their child during school hours.
• Parents must complete an out-pass and register details before leaving the campus with their child.
